R&B legends TLC have unexpectedly called off their upcoming performances in New York and Connecticut, much to the disappointment of their fans.

The ensemble, consisting of T-Boz, Chilli, and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, had planned to take the stage at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, New York on September 10, and at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on September 12.

It was revealed by insiders that the cancellation of these concerts stemmed from unforeseen circumstances that have yet to be disclosed. Those who had already purchased tickets are being given the option for refunds.

Recently, TLC has been actively touring to promote their latest album, “20,” which debuted in 2020. The tour has featured a series of sold-out performances nationwide, and there was considerable excitement about the two now-canceled shows.

The absence of these shows is particularly upsetting for Northeast fans who were looking forward to experiencing the group’s celebrated live performances. Having been a major presence in the music industry for many years, TLC continues to attract fans from various generations with their enduring appeal.

Although details regarding the cause of the cancellation are still vague, fans remain hopeful that the dates will be rescheduled. Until then, fans are advised to hold onto their anticipation for a chance to watch TLC live in the future.

**Update:** Those who have purchased tickets for the called-off shows should anticipate receiving a full refund shortly.
