A fan, who brought forth the lawsuit after attending the concert, claims that Madonna began performing two hours later than scheduled, leading to the fan missing a significant portion of the show.
The fan’s attorneys argue that efforts by Madonna’s legal team are causing procrastination in the settlement process, which has resulted in frustration and ongoing delays. In defense, Madonna’s legal counselor commented, “These allegations are baseless and unfounded. We are engaged in continual settlement talks and have made numerous attempts to amicably settle this dispute. Any claims that we are seeking to protract the process are utterly false.”
