A recent legal action has been initiated against Kanye West, accusing the artist of instructing his former chief of intelligence to carry out probes into his wife, Bianca Censori, and his previous relatives by marriage, the Kardashians. The plaintiff, going by John Doe to protect his identity, alleges that although initially employed as Kanye West’s presidential campaign manager in December 2022, his role was soon morphed into that of “Director of Intelligence” for Yeezy.
Court filings reveal that John Doe was tasked with managing confidentiality agreements and overseeing various investigative actions. Among these was the directive to use private detectives to shadow Bianca Censori clandestinely on her solo trips, including family visits in Australia. He also claims that he was assigned to investigate the Kardashians concerning accusations of varied illicit activities, posited by Kanye West who suspected them of engaging in “sex trafficking.”
Moreover, Doe suggests that from May 2024, Kanye West’s conduct became increasingly unpredictable, possibly exacerbated by his use of nitrous oxide following the installation of titanium dental grills. Concurrently, he began to discharge key Yeezy leadership staff. The working rapport with Doe deteriorated significantly after Doe raised concerns from an employee at Donda Academy about alleged child maltreatment that went unreported. This resulted in Kanye West severely berating and threatening Doe, even promising “great bodily harm.”
Post confrontation, Doe reports receiving intimidations from individuals linked to Kanye West, which purportedly reactivated his PTSD stemming from military service. He is now pursuing compensation for emotional distress and outstanding wages he contends he is owed. As of now, Kanye West’s team has not responded to these claims.
With this lawsuit, Kanye West faces yet another hurdle, adding to the myriad of legal and personal tribulations he is currently encountering, which continue to affect both his private and professional life.
