Hulk Hogan made an unexpected appearance at a Republican National Committee (RNC) gathering in the Ozarks, Missouri, on July 20, 2024, where he voiced his support for former President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign.

The renowned wrestler, actually named Terry Bollea, voiced his backing for Trump, emphasizing their enduring relationship and common ideologies. Hogan, who has not shied away from expressing his political stances previously, commended Trump for his leadership qualities and dedication to “making America great again.”

“I’ve known Donald for many years, and I can assure you that he’s a true patriot who adores this nation,” Hogan remarked. “He courageously confronts any challenge that jeopardizes our lifestyle, and I am confident he is the ideal leader to guide us into the future.”

Hogan supporting Trump isn’t shocking, given their history as friends for many years. Trump even had a brief role on Hogan’s reality show, “Hogan Knows Best,” back in 2006.

The RNC event took place at a secluded resort in the Ozarks and attracted a large gathering of Trump supporters. Following Hogan’s endorsement, the former President took center stage, delivering an impassioned speech focusing on various issues including immigration and the economy.

“We’re going to make America great again, and we’re going to achieve it together,” Trump declared, receiving applause from the audience. “We’ll build a wall, boost job creation, and ensure that America stays the top nation worldwide.”

Hogan endorsing Trump adds to the growing list of prominent backers for Trump, who is expected to be the front-runner for the Republican nomination for the 2024 election. With the election a little more than a year away, anticipation and activities surrounding the campaign are expected to intensify.
