Actress Christina Ricci has successfully sold her residence in Los Angeles. The famed actress from “The Addams Family” placed the property on the market several months back, and it has now been passed on to a new owner.
Constructed in 1950, the home is situated in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. It is a 1,765 square foot property featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a separate garage that has been converted into a guest house.
Ricci acquired the property back in 2005 for $1.5 million and listed it for sale in May of this current year at a price of $2.395 million. The final sale price was $2.05 million, netting Ricci a tidy profit from the transaction.
This residence is highlighted by its hardwood flooring, expansive windows, and a large living room complete with a fireplace. The kitchen has been upgraded with modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite of the home is a luxurious area that includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.
Outside, the property features a patio area ideal for hosting gatherings. Additionally, there is a swimming pool and a spa set within a beautifully landscaped garden.
Ricci, renowned for her roles in movies like “Casper,” “Sleepy Hollow,” and “Monster,” continues to be active in her acting career. She was recently featured in the TV series “Yellowjackets” and is involved in several film projects that are on the horizon.
While it remains to be seen where the actress will reside next, her latest real estate venture proves her skills extend beyond acting, showcasing her knack for property investment and renovation.
