Bianca Censori, formerly associated with the Yeezy brand, alongside conservative pundit Milo Yiannopoulos, have initiated legal action against Kanye West, the well-known rapper and fashion entrepreneur. They allege defamation and a violation of contract in their lawsuit.

The legal filings, highlighted in a report from The Blast, accuse West of publishing false and defamatory content about the pair through various tweets and interviews throughout 2024. Although these communications have been retracted, Censori and Yiannopoulos contend that the statements have inflicted lasting damage on their reputations and led to financial deficits.

Furthermore, the duo asserts that West failed to adhere to a confidentiality agreement from their tenure with the Yeezy operation. According to the pair, this agreement was supposed to restrict any disclosure of sensitive information pertaining to West or the Yeezy label. They argue that West broke this agreement with his allegedly false and damaging remarks.

Now seeking unspecified compensation and a court injunction to prevent any further slanderous statements by West, Censori and Yiannopoulos are taking a firm stand.

This case marks another chapter in West’s legal battles involving allegations of defamation. Back in 2022, another former associate brought similar charges against West, which resulted in an out-of-court settlement.

The outcome of this new lawsuit remains to be seen, but Censori and Yiannopoulos are adamant about holding West responsible for his alleged misconduct.

In their public declaration, Censori and Yiannopoulos expressed their resolve, stating, “We will not tolerate Kanye West’s fabrications and falsehoods. We are optimistic that justice will prevail and we will be exonerated.”

Despite attempts to get a response from West’s camp regarding the suit, there has been no comment.
